Key Solution is an independent marine and offshore company specializing in the energy sector, marine and industrial markets. We support projects - in all disciplines and project phases.
Our specialty is Walk to Work gangway, Advanced AHC Subsea Cranes, and 3-D compensated cranes; designed for offshore wind turbines, rig supply and maintenance operations. MHS, Winch, and LARS systems. We perform annual crane certification, and overload certification in accordance to the Norwegian Maritime Authority (NMA).
As a full service agency, Key Solution can be the ship-owner / shipyards representative when handing over, or installing a new crane or other technical equipment, delivered by a third party.

We have zero tolerance of injuries to people or damage to the environment. We are constantly working on preventive measures, so that we can effectively prevent accidents and injuries, while at the same time creating a safe, secure workplace.
As we see it, good HSEQ work is not only important for health, safety, and environment and quality. We also believe there are sound financial reasons for these activities. We are convinced that continuous focus on HSEQ makes a positive contribution to the company's bottom line.
ABOUT US
In the early 2010’s nothing was as sure as working in the Norwegian oil business. However, as 2014 emerged, prices fell and the call for the green shift grew stronger. In the midst of this, Knut Haddeland, in Kristiansand, Norway, founded Key Solution. As most engineers, he felt triggered by challenges, and exhilarated when working alongside other experts in multidisciplinary teams. The core premise behind Key Solution was to create a vessel to help, bring his skills to the right projects. After a while, he felt compelled to do the same for others.

We support the insurance business in insurance cases related to Advance Subsea Cranes, on behalf of the insurance business, in the worldwide marine business.
